Overview
Vaso Alegre, which means “Happy Glass” in Spanish, is a conceptual packaging project created for a set of stemless margarita glasses. Inspired by the warmth and vibrancy of Mexican design, this four-pack box features a festive, tile-patterned layout and bold typography that reflect the joy of sharing a drink with friends and family.
This project was developed as part of my Package Design course, with a focus on blending form, function, and cultural storytelling. I aimed to create packaging that would feel both high-end and approachable, using a vivid purple color palette and modern folk-inspired illustrations. Every design choice — from the minimal glass renderings to the decorative side panels — was carefully considered to evoke a sense of handcrafted quality and celebration.
While the product and brand are conceptual, the final design balances shelf impact, brand personality, and user experience — a playful yet practical tribute to Mexican craftsmanship and communal joy.
